Cyndie Witthuhn, founder and owner of Advanced Aesthetic Solutions, is a nationally certified Nurse Practitioner with more than 30 years in the Lee County area. Her experience has included critical care, emergency room, Family Practice, Internal medicine and work with a plastic surgery practice. For the past 18 years Cyndie has specialized solely in the area of cosmetic and aesthetic enhancement. Her passion is to work with clients on a personal basis to help them achieve their personal goals of looking good and feeling better. Cyndie is trained in dermal fillers, Botox, Xeomin and Dysport, sclerotherapy, various laser procedures, PRP, hair removal, microneedling, IPL, medical grade peels, laser assisted vaginal rejuvenation and more. She also utilizes medical grade skin care products to assist in the overall plan of anti aging and corrective skin care goals.
Cassandra Slota, APRN-BC
Commitment is an excellent word to describe Cassandra “Cassie” Slota, a board-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse. Cassie earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Old Dominion University in Virginia. Following her graduation, Cassie was commissioned as a second lieutenant in the United States Armed Forces. She even served as a critical care nurse at Walter Reed Army Medical Center before her honorable discharge as a captain. Finally, Cassie enhanced her knowledge by obtaining a master’s degree in nursing with a specialty in critical care from the University of Miami in Florida. In her role at Advanced Aesthetic Solutions, she is committed to providing the best experience and services to her clients every day.
Sandi Hill, RN, ME, Critical Care Practitioner
Sandi Hill is an accomplished master aesthetician with more than 30 years of clinical and surgical aesthetics experience in Southwest Florida.
As a certified registered nurse, critical care practitioner and master esthetician, Sandi specializes in non-surgical techniques to rejuvenate and enhance the face and skin, including injectables – Botox, Dysport, Juvederm and Voluma – as well as micropeels with infusion, medical-grade peels, spider vein treatment, scar repair, intense pulsed light (IPL) laser, fractional and photo light rejuvenation treatments, collagen stimulation treatments and more.
Sandi received training via the American College of Surgeons and American Institute of Esthetics and holds an array of certifications demonstrating her expertise in micropeels, cosmetic Botox, collagen injections, laser treatments and more. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern Mississippi.
In her free time, Sandi enjoys music, reading, playing tennis, cooking, entertaining and supporting charity events.
Lisa Kitner, Spa Manager
Lisa Kitner brings her experience in top-of-the-line service and luxury to Advanced Aesthetic Solutions as our spa manager. She has dedicated her career to connecting people to their inner beauty, power and poise. Lisa served for a decade as regional training manager for Estee Lauder; owned a successful image consulting business that addressed the whole woman inside and out; and served as director of training for several national brands. Linda Smith
If you’ve ever thought about your eyelashes, then Linda Smith is someone you should get to know. Linda is an experienced Xtreme Eyelash certified specialist, and she loves making your eyes look beautiful! Linda’s extensive training and knowledge makes her your eyelash expert in Southwest Florida, and you won’t believe what she can do for you. Prior to immersing herself in the world of eye beauty, Linda worked in the dental health field, specializing in oral surgery and periodontics as a dental assistant. Her passion is making people feel good about themselves, and just like the satisfaction of seeing her dental patients smile, she loves the satisfaction of giving her clients a brand new look with their stunning Xtreme lashes. In her spare time Linda is an avid runner and fitness enthusiast. She loves working out, water sports, travel and cooking healthy meals with her wonderful family.
Kari Mieshelle, M.E., Permanent Makeup Artist
Kari Mieshelle loves making people feel beautiful from the inside out. A master esthetician, she brings more than 25 years’ experience in the beauty industry to Advanced Aesthetic Solutions. Kari helps her clients look and feel their best by providing experienced professional treatments that enhance natural beauty and boost confidence. Originally from the mountains of Utah, Kari and her husband of 30 years recently moved to Cape Coral, Florida. This mother of two – and grandma of three – loves to stay active and practice yoga, meet new people, discover great places to eat and spend time with her dogs.
Christine Picciano, Licensed Medical Esthetician and Laser Specialist
Christine Picciano is a licensed medical esthetician and laser specialist with 20 years of experience in medical esthetics. She specializes in all phases of skin care with special focus on laser skin rejuvenation, anti-aging and acneic skin types, and provides expertise in creating customized home skin care regimens for optimal results. Christine earned her bachelor’s degree in hospital administration and health care management from St. Joseph’s College and trained at the International Dermal Institute in New York as well as Florida School of Electrology. She has extensive training and certifications in laser and light-based therapies, photo-rejuvenation, radio frequency microneedling, skin tightening and medical-grade chemical peels.
Melody Keyser, LME, Licensed Medical Esthetician
Melody earned her Associates of Science degree in Esthetics at the Heritage Institute. She began her career at Message Envy in Colorado where she was quickly promoted to lead esthetician. Her advanced role focused on customized facials, peels and microdermabrasion.
Ms. Keyser recently returned to the Fort Myers area where she attended Gulf Coast Academy. She has completed extensive education, training and certifications in microneedling, dermaplaning, hydrafacials and medical grade peels. Her passion for skin care helps her customize treatment plans for the individual needs of her clients.
When not working, Melody loves spending time with her family and exploring new adventures.
Suzette Freeman, Receptionist/Customer Service Representative
Suzette Freeman is originally from Miami and worked as a paralegal for many years after moving to Fort Myers. In 2002, she decided to go to school to become an esthetician. Suzette has a passion for skin care and considers herself a “skin care junkie.”
Suzette loves working at the front desk, greeting our amazing clients and making them feel special. As a bonus, she is fluent in Spanish.
In her free time, Suzette loves fashion, gourmet cooking, making craft cocktails and traveling. She is a mom to her two toy poodles, Chip and Cherri!
